We serve clients locally across Southern Utah and are available to travel for events across the country. For events located outside a 60-mile radius, travel and accommodation expenses are covered by the client and discussed in advance.

Travel expenses may include

  • Transportation — mileage reimbursement or airfare for events beyond 60 miles
  • Lodging — hotel or accommodation if overnight stay is required
  • Per diem — daily expense allowance for multi-day events
  • All costs discussed and approved in writing before the event
